BIB 112 Biblical Introduction I-Creation to Post-Exilic Period (3)
Introduction to the history of salvation as expressed in the Old Testament, including historical and theological study focused on Israel as the covenant people of God, with special attention on the relationship of the Old Testament to Jesus Christ.
BIB 113 Biblical Introduction II-Intertestamental Period through Apostolic Age (3)
The political, social, and religious background and setting of the New Testament; the Gospels as witness to Jesus Christ; and the development of Christianity in the first century.
Bible knowledge and Christian life: Students can articulate the essential Biblical truths of the Christian faith, have evaluated their own faith with respect to those truths, have considered the claims of Christ on their own life, and articulate their calling to participate biblically in relationships, family, church and vocation.
Business 101: Principles of Management (3)
The course objective of Business 101 is to gain an understanding of business management, including historical and current management theory, types of managers and roles of managers in an organization.
English 104: College Composition I (3)
The course objective is for you to understand and implement the various parts of essay composition and give you an understanding on how to use diction, tone, and point-of-view in your writing.
Finance 102: Personal Finance (3)
The course objective is to give you knowledge about how different aspects of personal finance can be managed and to provide resources for making financial decisions.
Economics 102: Macroeconomics (3)
The course objective is to have you examine macroeconomic concepts and perform macroeconomic calculations, such as solving opportunity cost and wage inflation equations. You will also examine basic functions of money and categories of financial assets.
Political Science 102: American Government (3)
The course objective is to review the components of American government and political systems, including the Constitution, federalism, the Bill of Rights and the voting process.
